Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the AutoTrade platform, website, and algorithmic trading services ('Service') operated by AutoTrade ('we', 'us', or 'our'). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use AutoTrade. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from using cryptocurrency-related services under the laws of your country or region. AutoTrade does not knowingly provide services to residents of jurisdictions where algorithmic cryptocurrency trading is prohibited.
2. Nature of the Service
AutoTrade provides algorithmic trading signals, strategy performance data, and automated trade execution webhooks for Bitcoin and other supported cryptocurrencies. AutoTrade is a technology service provider only. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All trading decisions and their consequences are solely your responsibility.
3. Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency trading involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. The value of cryptocurrencies can be extremely volatile and may result in the total loss of your invested capital. Past performance of any strategy displayed on AutoTrade is not indicative of future results. Backtested results are hypothetical and may not reflect actual trading outcomes due to slippage, exchange fees, liquidity constraints, and market conditions. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.
4. Account Registration and Security
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. AutoTrade will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee for your chosen plan (Monthly at ₹4,999/month or Annual at ₹49,999/year). All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until that date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that could harm AutoTrade or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, strategy logic, source code, trademarks, and materials on the AutoTrade platform are the exclusive property of AutoTrade or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure; (c) scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service; (d) share your account credentials or subscription access with third parties; (e) use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading, spoofing, or other manipulative practices; (f) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AutoTrade and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of trading capital, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoTrade and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any trading signals or performance data.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. You waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by email notification to your registered address. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
